MAKING A PURCHASE
ONLINE
Making a purchase could not be easier. Simply browse through our range of products and then click on to your chosen item, enter your quantity, then click ‘buy’, which adds the item to your shopping cart. After you have finished with your selection click on ‘Order Now’. You will then be asked for a few details in order to satisfy and complete the transaction. We accept credit and debit card payments. We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING (UNITED KINGDOM)
We offer a First Class Signed For International Delivery Service with tracking number/reference via Royal Mail. This service can take up to 10 to 14 days depending on the country being dispatched to.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders may be subject to additional local import duties or taxes. We suggest you contact your local Customs and Excise for further information.
PRICES
All prices are expressed inclusive of any VAT payable unless otherwise stated. Payment is made strictly with the order. All prices are subject to change without notice.
AVAILABILTY
We will not be liable to you if we are not able to supply a particular item due to reasons beyond our reasonable control.
PURCHASE CONTRACT
The purchase contract is made on ordering and paying for the goods and delivery. You will be charged for the goods and delivery when you place your order. There will be no contract of any kind between you and us until you have purchased the goods. Up until payment, we may decline to supply the goods to you without giving any reason. At the moment the goods and delivery are paid for (and not before), a contract will be made between you and us.
DELIVERY
Our website automatically calculates the weight of your order and will offer you the various shipping options available for your order. Our minimum shipping cost is £2.99 for First Class Signed For Delivery Service. Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the completed order form. Parcels are dispatched to you by Royal Mail. UK Postage & Packing: (Excluding the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man). Customers who select our standard delivery should be aware that this is NOT a next day service (although in many cases you goods will arrive on the next day). If you require GUARANTEED next day delivery, you should select our COURIER Delivery Service for £7.50 at the checkout.
All Courier orders will be sent using Interlink Express next working day couriers (couriers class a working day as Monday to Friday and do not work on Bank Holidays). We will email you the tracking number for your order upon dispatch. This will enable you to track online and also to contact your local depot to make special delivery arrangements if required or even to collect from their depot in person if more convenient.
Please put any additional delivery instructions in the SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS box at time of placing order. If you need to have you parcel re-directed to a different delivery address after the parcel has been dispatched, we are charged by the couriers for this service (£10.96+VAT as they have to book a new job) and must pass this charge on to you the customer. The courier will follow any instruction, however you should be aware that if Couriers are instructed to leave any goods without signature, they will do so, but neither Couriers nor will we accept any liability for goods stolen after being left without a signature. You should only give these instructions if you are absolutely confident that the goods will remain safe.
Should the courier have to make a 3rd attempt at delivery (after 2 unsuccessful attempts), they make an extra charge of £5 for this. If the courier has to return the goods to ourselves due to there being nobody available to receive it you will be refunded the cost of your order MINUS the courier charges BOTH ways as Couriers charge us to return the goods to ourselves.
FAILED DELIVERIES
Failed deliveries will be subjected to a charge to us by the couriers for the return of ALL failed deliveries (i.e. after 2 failed delivery attempts) and we must pass this charge on to you the customer. If your order has been classed as a failed delivery we can either re-send the order (at your cost) or issue a refund (for goods only less all shipping costs). For orders sent by Royal Mail there is no charge raised for the return, where appropriate the customer is still responsible for the shipping charge to re-send.
LIABILITY
If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us within 2 days of receipt of delivery by phone 0808 168 0113 or in writing at our contact address or by email at this address; queries@purexpelite.com of the problem within 10 working days of the delivery of the goods in question.
If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 30 days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing at our contact address of the problem within 30 days of the date on which you ordered the goods.
If you notify a problem to us under this condition our only obligation will be, at your option:- a) to make good any shortage or non-delivery, b) to replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective, or c) to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question in whatever way we choose.
Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any problem you notify to us under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question under paragraph c) above. Our maximum liability shall always be limited to the amount you paid including any shipping charges. We will never be able to refund more than amount the spent, in any circumstances.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
Under the EC Distance Selling Directive, you have the right to cancel the contract for your purchase within 7 working days of delivery. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract, nor will you have to pay any penalty. You cannot cancel your contract if the goods you have ordered have taken these items out of the sealed packages in which they were delivered to you.
To cancel a contract, write "Cancel Contract" on the back of the invoice. Package the items securely and send them to us with the invoice within seven working days following delivery. We request that you email us at sales@purexpelite.com to tell us that you are returning goods before you send them. 24 hours' advance warning is required for returns. The return address is: PURE-X Ltd, Office 306, 143 Acre Lane, London, SW2 5UA, UNITED KINGDOM.
We recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error. You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us (for example, postage and packing). When we receive the goods with the notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.
Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, any relevant sum debited to us from your credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order, provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you
VAT
All our prices shown are inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 20.0%.
CREDIT CARD SECURITY
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card processing is handled by PROTEX / SAGE PAY. SAGE PAY is approved by all High St Banks due to their high security encryption. SAGE PAY is integrated into our website. All Credit Card information is processed by SAGE PAY payment gateway. PUREXPELITE.COM do not get to see your card details when processing transaction online. For your added protection, PUREXPELITE.COM reserves the right to insist on orders being shipped to the registered cardholders address. This is for the protection of the genuine cardholder and only normally happens when an order is flagged as potential fraud.
