Our website automatically calculates the weight of your order and will offer you the various shipping options available for your order. Our minimum shipping cost is £2.99 for First Class Signed For Delivery Service. Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the completed order form. Parcels are dispatched to you by Royal Mail. UK Postage & Packing: (Excluding the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man). Please note this is NOT a next day service, although in many cases you goods will arrive on the next day.

If you require GUARANTEED next day delivery, you should select our COURIER Delivery Service for £7.50 at the checkout. All Courier orders will be sent using Interlink Express next working day couriers (couriers class a working day as Monday to Friday and do not work on Bank Holidays). We will email you the tracking number for your order upon dispatch. This will enable you to track online and also to contact your local depot to make special delivery arrangements if required or even to collect from their depot in person if more convenient.

Please put any additional delivery instructions in the SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS box at time of placing order. If you need to have you parcel re-directed to a different delivery address after the parcel has been dispatched, we are charged by the couriers for this service (£10.96+VAT as they have to book a new job) and must pass this charge on to you the customer. The courier will follow any instruction, however you should be aware that if Couriers are instructed to leave any goods without signature, they will do so, but neither Couriers nor will we accept any liability for goods stolen after being left without a signature. You should only give these instructions if you are absolutely confident that the goods will remain safe.

Should the courier have to make a 3rd attempt at delivery (after 2 unsuccessful attempts), they make an extra charge of £5 for this. If the courier has to return the goods to ourselves due to there being nobody available to receive it you will be refunded the cost of your order MINUS the courier charges BOTH ways as Couriers charge us to return the goods to ourselves.

FAILED DELIVERIES
Failed deliveries will be subjected to a charge to us by the couriers for the return of ALL failed deliveries (i.e. after 2 failed delivery attempts) and we must pass this charge on to you the customer. If your order has been classed as a failed delivery we can either re-send the order (at your cost) or issue a refund (for goods only less all shipping costs). For orders sent by Royal Mail there is no charge raised for the return, where appropriate the customer is still responsible for the shipping charge to re-send.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING (UNITED KINGDOM)
We offer a First Class Signed For Delivery Service with tracking number/reference via Royal Mail. This is a Next Day delivery service for most of the UK; however it can take up to three working days in some areas.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING (INTERNATIONAL)
We offer a First Class Signed For International Delivery Service with tracking number/reference via Royal Mail. This service can take up to 10 to 14 days depending on the country being dispatched to.
